At MILANIMAL, we believe in the next generation. That’s why every kid can discover jiu-jitsu with an INTRO CLASS completely free. Not a kid anymore? You’re still welcome. Your INTRO CLASS is €10 and the easiest way to discover MILANIMAL. Just show up! We’ll provide a clean gi and everything you need to train. You’ll join a real class, with an instructor making sure you know exactly what to do from the moment you step on the mat. No experience. No pressure. No ego.

We take jiu-jitsu seriously, without taking the fun out of it. We believe in great teaching, hard training and good vibes. A place where kids, women, competitors and professionals can train together, get better and actually enjoy being here. We're not for everyone, but we're here for everybody.
